Mood-Driven Planning:
Traditional weekday headers are functional but forgettable. These mood heads transform routine labeling into an emotional check-in, helping you track not just what you have planned, but how you feel about it.
Use these headers as standalone day labels or pair them with mood-tracking spreads, mental health journals, and self-care planners. They’re perfect for bullet journal enthusiasts who love expressive, character-driven layouts, and for anyone who wants their planner to feel more personal and emotionally honest.
The hand-drawn expressions capture subtle emotions that resonate—there’s no generic clipart here. Each Elena face tells a small story, making your weekly spread feel like a visual diary before you even write a single word.
How to Use:
Every freebie and printable in the shop includes an instructional PDF that guides you through the step-by-step process for smooth printing and cutting. You can also check out this blog post with updated instructions.
