IMAGE USAGE POLICY (COMMERCIAL LICENSE)

PERSONAL USE VS. COMMERCIAL USE
- Printable stickers are for personal use only.
- Existing commercial licenses purchased through our former **Digikika Etsy shop remain valid** under their original terms.  
- New customers must adhere to the updated policy below.  

1. You may use my Digikika cliparts without a commercial license as long as you clearly credit my shop with a clickable link (e.g., "Clipart by Ilove2print – www.ilove2print.com") on your product page or listing. However, if you wish to sell products using my designs without credit, a commercial license must be purchased with the clipart set.

2. LICENSE GRANT (PHYSICAL GOODS ONLY)
Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for:  
**Printed/Physical Products**
- Stationery (stickers, inserts, planners).  
- Packaging (labels, boxes).  
- Decor (canvas prints, home goods).  
- Books/Albums (covers, illustrations).  
- Merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, posters).  

3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES
**Digital/Web Use:**  
- Websites, social media, NFTs, or e-books.  
- Digital stickers, digital ads, templates, or wallpapers.  
- AI training, apps, or virtual products.  
 **Resale, redistribution, or claiming authorship.**  

4. WHY THESE RESTRICTIONS?
- Digital use competes directly with our business model.  
- Violators will face **legal action + invoice for unauthorized use** (up to 10x the license fee).
