1. Personal Use vs. Commercial Use

Personal Use
- Printable stickers are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

Existing Licenses
- Existing commercial licenses purchased through our former Digikika Etsy shop remain valid under their original terms.

New Customers
- New customers must adhere to the updated policy below.

2. Free Use with Credit

You may use my Digikika cliparts without a commercial license as long as you clearly credit my shop with a clickable link (e.g., "Clipart by iLove2Print – www.ilove2print.com") on your product page or listing. However, if you wish to sell products using my designs without credit, a commercial license must be purchased with the clipart set.

3. Commercial License

What This License Covers

- One Commercial License = One Product. Please buy a separate license for each item/set you'd like to use commercially. This helps us keep creating for you!
- This is a lifetime commercial license.
- Please note: this listing grants licensing rights only. The actual digital files or sticker sheets must be purchased separately.

Product Categories & Usage Rules

3.1 Printable Stickers

- Allows you to print and sell the physical, printed stickers only. Digital resale or distribution is never permitted, even with this license.
- Mandatory credit required: In every product listing or promotional material, you must include: "Authorized by iLove2Print www.ilove2print.com to resell their stickers in physical form"
- All sticker sheets have a shop footer. You may crop or trim it after printing if you want; use of the footer is not mandatory.
- Stickers are optimized for standard planner sizes and come in PDF and PNG formats only. No SVG, EPS, or AI files are available.
- Designs are final and non-editable.
- Rearranging or editing sticker layouts requires proficiency in Silhouette Studio or Cricut Design Space. I cannot customize sheets for you. Compatibility with other cutting machines is not guaranteed.

3.2 Commercial Clipart

- My clipart collection is sold under a commercial use license by default. By purchasing this NO-CREDIT commercial license, you may:
  - Incorporate these graphics into your own designs and sell the finished printed products (planner stickers, planner inserts, stationery, paper crafts, etc.) without the need for shop credit.
- Clipart may not be sold as-is, as digital downloads, or as part of any image bank, bundle, or template collection.

License Grant (Physical Goods Only)

Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for the following printed/physical products:

4. Strictly Prohibited Uses

Digital / Web Use

- Websites, social media, NFTs, or e-books
- Digital stickers, digital ads, templates, or wallpapers
- AI training, apps, or virtual products

Resale & Redistribution

- No digital sales. Under no circumstances may you sell, share, or distribute my files in digital format — this includes print-on-demand platforms, template sites, embroidery digitization services, or cloud storage links.
- No redistribution. You may not forward files to print shops, graphic designers, or third-party manufacturers. You must handle all printing personally or through a direct service under your own account.

Authorship & Derivatives

- No derivative claims. Do not trace, replicate, or create "inspired-by" versions of my characters and graphics to circumvent licensing. Do not represent my artwork as your own creation.
- No license transfer. This agreement is non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or gift this license or any accompanying files to another party.
- No copyright transfer. Purchase of any license does not transfer intellectual property rights. All copyrights remain exclusively with Erika Esteves / iLove2Print.

5. Why These Restrictions?

- Digital use competes directly with our business model.
- Violators will face legal action + invoice for unauthorized use (up to 10x the license fee).
- Violation of any term above will result in immediate license termination without notice or refund.

6. Refunds

All sales of digital products and licenses are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to the intangible nature of these items.

7. Test Before You Commit

Before purchasing any commercial license, we strongly encourage you to test our files with your equipment.

How to test:

  - Download the free sets available in our shop's freebies section and perform a full cut test using your preferred software (Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, or other). This allows you to:
  - Verify file compatibility with your machine
  - Confirm cut settings and print quality
  - Ensure the final result meets your standards

9. About My Work

Most designs and characters are original creations by me, Erika Esteves. Select pieces incorporate commercially AI-crafted images in Planner Sizes Collections, which have been transformed into the printable stickers you see in my shop.

I truly appreciate your respect for the time, skill, and dedication behind every file. If you agree to abide by all terms outlined above, you are welcome to proceed with your license purchase.
