Digital Products – No Refunds
Since all products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we’re happy to help! please reach out via our Contact Us page or hello@ilove2print.com — we’ll gladly assist you!
Why no refunds?
- Instant access means the product cannot be "returned."
- To protect against unauthorized sharing.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the date the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order before accessing or downloading your files, you may do so by:
- Using the self-serve cancellation option available in your customer account, or
- Contacting us at hello@ilove2print.com or via our Contact Us page — we will issue a full refund promptly.
However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the content becomes available for download, as permitted under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Once the files have been accessed or downloaded, no refund can be issued.
